What a weekend, two podium finishes and a record broken. The team at red bull racing did what they do best and had a great weekend gaining points towards the championship. Jamie claimed his 58th career pole, which allowed him to break Peter Brock’s long-standing record for most pole positions in the sport’s history. In the second race Craig didn’t have the best start, starting at position 21, and then finishing the race at 11th place. Unfortunately the next day Craig’s luck didn’t turn around starting from last on the grid after a mistake in qualifying which led him into the grass. As for Jamie well his 5th finish on the second day helped Jamie to extend his championship lead to 135 points over Mark Winterbottom in second. So after the racing the boys tried their best hopefully Craig has better luck in Sandown which starts on the 12th September. So tune in and support the boys at Sandown.
