So far my experience at Bathurst has been incredible I never though the start of the Bathurst 1000 would be so exciting. I have had a sneak peek of what happens behind the wins at Red Bull Racing Australia. Some people have gone on walks in the morning on the track and come back to say that it is a steep hill. I found that the practice lap record for Bathurst is 2:06.8012 and is held by Craig Lowndes. This record has been here since 08/10/2010. It has been excellent so far and I know that this year the Bathurst 1000 will be one to remember especially for Craig who is celebrating his 20th race at Bathurst.
